Sisters Forever | Ayana & Milah

SISTERS FOREVER “Side by side, Or miles apart… We are sisters, connected by the heart.”   I have had the pleasure of photographing this family for four years!  Watching children and families grow is one of my favorite parts of being a photographer.   Kids are so fun and while some stages are definitely easier to...

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF BEST FRIENDS

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF BEST FRIENDS “There are some people in life that make you laugh a little louder,  smile a litter bigger and live just a little bit better.” Their moms are best friends and now these two toddlers are best friends.  It’s been so fun watching Lilah and Rebecca grow up together....

REBECCA IS THREE

I’m biased but this is one cute little person!  Over the holiday weekend we walked up to this gorgeous open area next to their subdivision and took a few pictures of my niece, Rebecca.  We live in such a fast paced world with so many distractions that time seems to pass faster and faster.    I find myself wanting to bottle...

SPRINGTIME WITH THE LINDSEY FAMILY

SPRINGTIME WITH THE LINDSEY FAMILY I have had the privilege of photographing this beautiful family for a few years.   Noah is growing up and developing such a fun personality but becoming harder to keep up with!  I met the Lindsey family for a Spring session to celebrate Noah’s second birthday at one of my favorite spots...

THE BLAKE FAMILY

THE BLAKE FAMILY | Kansas City Family Photographer You are probably thinking that I was paid by Gap to photograph these kids but they are really that cute!  Becca is a fellow photographer and dear friend so I was thrilled to do this studio session for her.  Becca wanted a picture with the kids since she is...

Get to know me!

I have always been more interested in capturing everyday moments and genuine emotions of people and this is reflected in how I photograph my clients. I will always prefer laughter instead of a cheesy smile. I will always prefer to leave the disney band-aid on the scabbed knee instead of photoshopping it out. I will always prefer the image of you gazing at your dog as he wags his tail and kisses your face despite how 'fat' you feel. Time goes REALLY fast so choose to live in the moment and I would love to capture it for you!
