A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE HENDERSON FAMILY

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE HENDERSON FAMILY Lifestyle sessions are my absolute favorite style of photographing young children.  It allows me to capture natural and real emotions as they happen in real life.  Whether it’s the laughter while tackling dad, the entertainment of cracking open an egg while baking a cake with mom, the...

ON POINTE {DANCE}

ON POINTE {DANCE} “Dancing is an art. The floor is my canvas. And I am the brush. And whatever I create comes from the heart.” The amount of discipline, strength, and determination that goes into such a passion (dancing) resonates with me. When given the opportunity to photograph a trained dancer it allows me to...

BABY B | Newborn Lifestyle Session

BABY B | Newborn Lifestyle Session “What children take from us, they give… We become people who feel more deeply, question more deeply, hurt more deeply, and love more deeply.” There is nothing more beautiful than to watch parents gaze into their new babies eyes.  They hold, cuddle and kiss the soft feet of the creation...

The Graham Family

The Graham Family Bethany messaged me a few months in advance to schedule a fall session.  She mentioned it was important that it the session take place at their home for sentimental value.  They live about an hour away from my house so I wasn’t sure what to expect having never been there.  As we got closer to...

Get to know me!

I have always been more interested in capturing everyday moments and genuine emotions of people and this is reflected in how I photograph my clients. I will always prefer laughter instead of a cheesy smile. I will always prefer to leave the disney band-aid on the scabbed knee instead of photoshopping it out. I will always prefer the image of you gazing at your dog as he wags his tail and kisses your face despite how 'fat' you feel. Time goes REALLY fast so choose to live in the moment and I would love to capture it for you!
