Sophie Alana {21 days new}

My friends Cat & Marc welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Sophie Alana on April 12th.  I was scheduled to take her pictures two weeks after she was born BUT someone got really sick (me) and luckily we were able to postpone the session.  Newborn photographers recommend photographing infants in the first 14 days and I knew it was risky moving the session which caused me anxiety…newborn sessions are not as easy as they look!  Cat & I have worked together for a few years and I met her husband while on a photo session.  When I found out Cat was  pregnant I could not have been more happy for this wonderful couple.  Cat and Marc exemplify kindness, philanthropy, beauty, intelligence, talent, and the list goes on and on.   I have been talking to Sophie for 9 months so it was a blessing to finally meet her for the first time.  Thank you for trusting and allowing me  to capture this special chapter in your lives.
